How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (processing time). After shipping, delivery typically takes 2–5 calendar days in the US and 5–8 calendar days internationally. See our Shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United States and to the international destinations available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Sign in to your account and open Orders, or use the order status link in your order confirmation email. See Track your order.
Returns
What is your return window?
Most unused items with their original tags and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Orders delivered outside the US: email us first and we’ll confirm how your return is handled. See our Returns & refunds policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@couha.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns go to our returns facility in the United States — we email you the address once your return is confirmed.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
