Terms of service

These terms govern the sale of goods by Couha to customers through our website, couha.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Who we are

Couha is a trading name of Owlmend Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17046418, with its registered office at 667 Washwood Heath Road, Birmingham, England, B8 2LL. The registered office is not a returns address — please do not send returns there. You can contact us at support@couha.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 GMT. We confirm the returns address when you contact us about a return.

Ordering and formation of contract

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods in your cart. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order; this does not itself accept your offer. A binding contract of sale is formed only once we ship the goods to you, at which point we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before shipping, for example where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud; in that case we will notify you and refund any payment already taken in full.

Product descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, including colours and details, as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact colour of an item, and slight variations may occur.

Pricing and errors

Our prices are set in US dollars (USD). Visitors from some countries may see prices converted to their local currency; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you to give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it, with a full refund if payment has already been taken.

Payment

The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely through Shopify Payments and/or our other payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our systems. See our Payment Policy for details.

Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders. We ship from the United States to addresses in the United States and to many international destinations (the countries available at checkout). Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 calendar days after shipping within the United States and 5–8 calendar days after shipping for international orders. Returns and cancellations

We offer a 30-day returns window, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Faulty goods

We aim to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact support@couha.com and we will resolve this promptly at our cost.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to this, our liability to you for losses arising from your use of our website or purchase of goods from us is limited to the price you paid for the relevant goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, including our name, logo, photography, designs and written content, is owned by or licensed to Couha and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use it without our prior written consent.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of the US state in which you live.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service, please contact support@couha.com in the first instance. We aim to respond within 12–24 hours on business days.
